Sustainability Strategy in a Box (SSiB©)
The SSiB© is an 8-module, cost-efficient, advisory service, designed to guide and support leaders and employees of African businesses in developing and implementing a fit-for-purpose Sustainability Plan.
Rosalind with the support of William Norrell and Helen Stickler, who together have 40 years’ experience in Sustainability, offer a total of 20 days of guidance and support over 3 to 6 months.
The service includes:

Guidance in carrying out internal and external stakeholder surveys to determine material ESG issues.

Analysis of and a report on the internal and external stakeholder survey results.

Identification and prioritisation of material ESG issues.

ESG Masterclass for Boards and Senior Executives
Designed for Board Directors and Senior Executives, this CPD certified ESG Masterclass builds the understanding and practical knowledge of corporate leaders to set and drive sustainability agendas that support profitable and efficient business, with a particular focus on the role and responsibilities of the Board.
It is the evolution of the highly successful programme that Rosalind developed for British International Investment (formerly CDC Group plc), the UK's development finance institution and delivered to portfolio companies and fund managers.​​
